1. Free access to seismic semaphor for all subscribers possessing seismic warning, including those who have signed contracts or will soon end up on 1 June 2009

2. The semaphor will be updated 2 times daily at 9:00 and at 23:00 at Romanian Hours.

3. Number of visits to each subscriber is 6/day

4. In case when the semaphor will be modified outside hours 9:00 and 23:00, subscribers will receive by e-mail (newsletter) a warning in this way.
